                                Grant of Options



On 25 October 2006, Oliver Vellacott, Marcus Kneen, and Barry Keepence directors
of IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company"), were each granted options over 10,000
Ordinary Shares of 1p each respectively. The options are exerciseable at any
time between 3 and 10 years after the date of grant at an exercise price of
568.33p per share. No amount is required to be paid in respect of the grant of
the option.
