INGENIOUS MEDIA ACTIVE CAPITAL SELLS OUTSIDE LINE

Ingenious Media Active Capital Ltd (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has successfully sold its holding in The Outside Line Limited.

Patrick Bradley, Director of Ingenious Asset Management Ltd, Investment Manager to the Company said:

'We are pleased to have successfully completed a further exit from the Company's portfolio, following on from the sale of Stage 3 Music Publishing last year. We remain committed to actively managing the Company's portfolio companies and seeking exits for the individual companies when circumstances are appropriate'.
