                                 AGM STATEMENT 
 
At the AGM of Intandem, a London based international film group, to be held at 
12.00 today, Gary Smith, the CEO, will deliver the following statement to 
shareholders: 
 
"I am pleased to report that Intandem has had a positive start to 2010. We have 
completed one film (The Kid), which we expect to show at the Berlin Film 
festival in February, and have a further four films in post-production all of 
which should be completed by May, in time for the Cannes Film festival. 
 
"We are becoming more hands on with producers on selected films which should 
result in more control over the quality and financing of the films we represent 
, and should also lead to higher fees for Intandem as a result of the value we 
will be adding. To date, Intandem has been appointed as co-producer for `The 
Veteran', a GBP2.5m British film which is set to start production in June; 
`Devil's Playground', a British thriller in post production; and `Meeting In 
Seville', a Spanish/UK co-production based on a successful book. 
 
"As previously announced, the Company is still in advanced negotiations to 
settle the GBP5.7 million loan and expects to make a further announcement in due 
course."
