                         Grant of Options to Directors                         

The Company announces that it has today granted options over 5,250,000 ordinary
shares under the Intandem Films Plc EMI Plan. Of these options 4,500,000 have
been granted to directors of the Company as follows:

G Smith             1,000,000

A Brown         1,000,000

W Hurman          1,000,000

A Kennedy     1,000,000

J James              500,000

These options are exercisable between 13 March 2009 and 12 March 2016 at an
exercise price of 2.75p per share. No option can be exercised unless the
consolidated profit before tax of the Company for any one of the three
financial periods ending 30 June 2007, 30 June 2008 and 30 June 2009 is greater
than �550,000.

Following the grant of these options the Directors are interested in the
following options:
