21 February 2011 - Hansen Transmissions International NV ("Hansen" or the 
"Company" - LSE ticker: 'HSN') announces changes in the senior management team. 
 
 
Dr. Stefan Lammens is taking up the function of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer 
Stefan  Lammens joined  Hansen in  1997 and has  been a  member of the Executive 
Committee  since 2007. During this  period, he was  active in various technical, 
commercial  and managerial roles within Hansen.  Stefan holds a Ph.D. in applied 
science. Luc De Proost, Chief Business Development Officer at Hansen, is leaving 
the Company today. 
 
Jan Willem Ruinemans adds responsibilities for Human Resources to his CFO role 
Jan  Willem joined Hansen as CFO in  September 2010 and will now, in addition to 
his  current responsibilities of Finance and IT, also assume the Human Resources 
role.  Koen D'Helft,  Chief Human  Resources Officer  at Hansen,  is leaving the 
Company today. 
 
Alex De Ryck, Chief Executive Officer of Hansen said: "I would like to wish both 
Stefan  and Jan Willem every success with  their new and expanded roles. I would 
like  to thank Luc and Koen for their valuable contribution during their time at 
Hansen,  particularly during the expansion phase from 2007 to 2009, during which 
Hansen has grown into a business with an international footprint."
