International NV ("Hansen", "the Group" or "the Company") is pleased to announce
the appointment of Jan Willem Ruinemans as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of
the Company.
Jan Willem is currently the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Board
member of BE Semiconductor Industries, a leading Dutch manufacturer of assembly

two years. During this time, he worked at the significant acquisition of Esec
and contributed successfully in managing the company through the challenges of

Philips for 13 years in a number of senior financial management positions.
Tulsi Tanti, Chairman of the Board, commented: "I am delighted to welcome Jan
Willem as Chief Financial Officer of Hansen Transmissions. He brings with him a
wealth of experience in financial management and I am convinced he will be a
good addition to Hansen's Executive Committee and to the Board of Directors when
appointed to that position by the shareholders meeting".
Alex De Ryck, Chief Executive Officer said: "I look forward to
working closely with Jan Willem as Hansen continues to deliver on both its
operational and financial strategies. Over the past 18 months we have already
