      HERCULES PROPERTY SERVICES PLC ("HERCULES"): DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

Hercules announces that, further to its preliminary results statement for the
12 months to 30 June 1999, the dividend record date is 10 December 1999. If
approved by shareholders the final dividend of 5.3p per ordinary share will be
paid on 4 January 2000.
