DIRECTORATE

Hercules Property Services plc ("Hercules") announces
that Mr Jonathan Radgick, a non-executive Director of
Hercules, has indicated his intention to resign his
position with Hercules with effect from 15 May 2000
in order to pursue other business commitments.

The Board of Hercules would like to thank Mr Radgick
for his immense contribution to the Company in his
role as managing director of Harman Healy Limited and
during the demerger of Hercules from Safeland plc in
1996, and wish him every success in future
endeavours.
