              Honeywell Specialty Materials Division to
       Sell Its Advanced Circuits Business To TTM Technologies

                Sale Underscores Honeywell's Efforts to Focus
                    On Core Products, Services

Honeywell's (NYSE: HON) Specialty Materials unit today announced
it has sold its Advanced Circuits business to TTM Technologies of
Redmond, Wash.

Based in Chippewa Falls, Wis., Advanced Circuits is a supplier of
printed circuit board solutions to the leading telecommunications,
computer and Internet-infrastructure companies and their manufacturing
partners. It is also a supplier of high-density interconnect products.

TTM Technologies is a leading supplier of time-critical,
technologically advanced printed circuit boards to original equipment
manufacturers and electronic manufacturing services companies.

"This sale is the latest example of Honeywell's effort to focus on
products and services that support our core strategies," said
Honeywell Specialty Materials President and CEO Nance Dicciani. "TTM
Technologies is a quality organization and will provide a good fit for
the Advanced Circuits business and employees."

Applications for Advanced Circuits include cellular and Internet
infrastructure equipment, file servers and data-storage systems,
computer workstations, cellular handsets and personal communication
devices.
