Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, CEO and an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

Mr Bustamante sold a total of 325,000 Shares on 24 February 2020 at an average price of GBP2.005 to meet the tax liability of vested incentives. Following the sale, Mr Bustamante has a holding of 1,608,629 Shares, representing 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
