Interim dividend



The Company announces that the directors have approved an interim dividend of
1.6p for the year ended 31 December 2007. This interim dividend will be paid on
15 October 2007 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on
14 September 2007. No scrip or DRIP options will be available.
