Completion of Acquisition of Monaincha and Garranereagh Wind Farms

Dublin, London, 20 December 2018: Greencoat Renewables PLC ("Greencoat Renewables") the Irish renewable infrastructure company, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Monaincha and Garranereagh wind farms. The acquisition takes Greencoat Renewables' generation capacity to 296.2MW and total borrowings to 41% of Gross Asset Value.
