THE GAME GROUP PLC (The "Company") 
 
The Game Group Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust ("The Trust") 
 
The Company announces today that between 23 and 27 April 2010, the trustees of 
The Trust acquired a total of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p at an average 
price of 96.29p representing 0.58% of the current issued share capital.  The 
shares acquired will contribute towards satisfying any future allocations that 
may be made under The Game Group plc Performance Share Plan, the Game Group plc 
Restricted Share Plan and the Game Group plc Deferred Bonus Scheme. This 
transaction was notified to the Company on 27 April 2010. The total holding of 
The Trust following this transaction is 4,257,681 ordinary shares being 1.23% of 
the issued share capital.
