                        The GAME Group plc: Board Changes 
 
GAME Group today announced that Lisa Morgan has stepped down from her role as 
Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). Lisa had indicated her desire to step down to 
pursue other opportunities, and the Board and Lisa have agreed that this is the 
right time for a new CEO to lead the business through the next stage in its 
development. The Board has commenced the search for a new CEO and, pending this 
appointment, has asked non-executive director, Chris Bell, to take up the role 
of interim CEO. 
Chris has served on the GAME Board since January 2003. He joined Ladbrokes plc 
in 1991 and held a number of senior positions in the company, culminating in 
that of Chief Executive, a post he held for four years.  Prior to that, he held 
a number of senior positions with Allied Domecq. 
With the commencement of a search for a new CEO now underway, UK Chief Operating 
Officer, Terry Scicluna, has also informed the Board of his intention to step 
down. He will remain with the business through a handover period. 
Responsibility for the UK operating activities will be retained by Martyn Gibbs, 
former Managing Director of Gamestation, who was appointed GAME Group Managing 
Director of UK and Eire in March 2010.

contribution over the last 14 years. She joined GAME when we had less than 200 
stores, was appointed to the Board in January 2000, and became CEO in 2006. Her 
focus on, and knowledge of, our customers and industry has helped to establish 
our strong market leading position in Europe. We have commenced the search for a 
new CEO. In the meantime I am delighted that Chris has agreed to take on this 
role on an interim basis as the company moves into the next phase of its 
development. "
