("GGG" or the "Company")
EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
LONDON, 26 April 2007 - The Company has received applications to exercise
1,029,111 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") at
an exercise price of 10p per share.
The New Shares will be issued and allotted and they will rank pari passu with
the existing Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of the New
Shares on AIM is expected to commence on 8 May 2007.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of
warrants will be 115,345,636.
The total number of 10p warrants exercisable up to 30 April 2007 is 5,966,626.
Included in the above is the exercise of 100,549 warrants by Dr. Malaihollo,
Managing Director of the Company, and his family. Pursuant to this the interest
of Dr. Malaihollo amounts to 1,132,874 shares representing 0.98% of the issued
capital
