Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
The board of getmobile is pleased to announce that the Resolution proposed for 
consideration at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held in 
London today, in relation to the proposed disposal of certain assets of 
getmobile AG has been duly passed. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made following completion of the transaction 
which is expected to occur on or around 31 December 2009. 
 
 
The full text of the Resolution was set out in the notice of Extraordinary 
General Meeting contained in a circular sent to shareholders on 30 November
