petroleum exploration and production company,  was today notified that Harken
Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, has sold 230,000 ordinary shares of
1 pence  each in the Company and now holds 21,425,142 ordinary shares,
representing 60.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
