FRAMLINGTON AIM VCT PLC - Issue of Equity FRAMLINGTON AIM VCT PLC Issue of Equity The Company announces that on 5 April 2005 it has allotted and issued a further 5,409,891 new ordinary shares of 10p each under the offer for subscription at a price of 100p. The Company now has 23,335,231 ordinary shares in issue. The offer remains open and the Board will look to make further allotments of shares at regular intervals up to a total of �30 million.
