Director Shareholding

The Board of Evolve announces that it has today been notified that Evolve's Chairman, Oliver Vaughan, today sold in the market, at a price of 0.75 pence per share, 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In addition, the Board of Evolve has been notified that Oliver Vaughan's wife, Diana Vaughan, today acquired in the market 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.75 pence per share.

Following these transactions, the beneficial interest of Oliver Vaughan and his wife will remain unchanged at 33,045,609 Ordinary Shares representing 11.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
