Sale of Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers completed

The board of Astaire Group PLC announces that the sale of
Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers Limited, details of which were
announced on 24 December 2010, has been completed today. The
completion of this disposal follows the consent for 3B Capital (the
purchaser) and its major shareholders to control an authorised
firm, which was recently granted by the Financial Services
Authority.
