DEEP-SEA LEISURE PLC ("DEEP-SEA LEISURE" OR THE "COMPANY")



BOARD CHANGES



The Board announces the resignation of Stuart Earley as Managing Director of
Deep-Sea Leisure, with immediate effect.  Given the current size of the Company
and its position as a subsidiary of the Aspro Group, the Board does not intend
to appoint a replacement.



The Board also announces that Sue Howarth, aged 36 and currently financial
controller and Company Secretary of Deep-Sea Leisure, has been appointed Finance
Director and has joined the Board with immediate effect.



In future, the general managers of Deep-Sea World and Blue Planet will report
directly to Sue Howarth, with Ms Howarth in turn reporting to Carlos Marina,
General Manager of the Aspro Group and a non-executive director of Deep-Sea
Leisure.



The Board would like to thank Stuart Earley for his contribution.



No further details require disclosure pursuant to schedule 2(f) of the AIM
Rules.
