Since the announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 28
February 2002, the Manager has sold a further part of the holding in Dobbies
Garden Centres, realising a capital gain of c.£450,000 (c.1.5p per Murray VCT
share) which, subject to Inland Revenue clearance, will be distributed to
shareholders.
