                      Additional Listing

Further  to  the  acquisition of Cirkit Distribution  Limited,
application was made to the London Stock Exchange Limited  for
a total of 930,233 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be
admitted  to the Official List.  Permission to admit  the  new
shares was granted on Friday 23 April 1999, and dealings  will
commence on 17 May 1999.

These   shares  are  being  issued  in  satisfaction  of   the
consideration payable by the Company to the vendors of  Cirkit
Distribution  Limited  under  the  terms  of  the  acquisition
agreement dated 14 May 1999.

These  shares  will rank pari passu with the  existing  issued
Ordinary shares.
