The  Company  announces that following the  disposal  of  200,000
Ordinary  Shares  in Deltron Electronics plc  ("Deltron")  on  23
November 1999 at 95 pence per share it has sold the remainder  of
its  holding in Deltron, being 730,233 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 95.5 pence per share.  The gross consideration totals #887,000
compared to a carrying value of #684,000.

The proceeds will be applied in investments within the Group.
