          Appointed Master European Distributor 
                 by C&K Switches Limited


Deltron Electronics plc ("Deltron"), the specialist Pan-
European distributor of electromechanical components and
solutions, has been appointed master European distributor by
C&K Switches Limited ("C&K").

Deltron, which presently has ten operations across Europe,
including the recent acquisition of a German distributor,
will manage the distribution of C&K Switches throughout
Europe using a balance of its own European network and by
managing local distributors elsewhere.

C&K is one of Deltronics longer established suppliers as well
as one of its largest. Deltron already ships over five
million C&K switches per year to OEMs in Europe and serves a
customer-base of more than 12,000 companies. Deltron will be
looking to replicate the success of its own operations by
ensuring top-level support and a twenty-four hour delivery
capability for over 2,500 standard product items.
