Following the recent sale of 6,750 ordinary 5p shares Henderson Investors
Limited and its fellow subsidiaries (including Henderson Fund Management
Limited, acting as agent for its discretionary clients, hold (either directly or
indirectly) 3,237,000 ordinary 5p shares in Deltron Electronics Plc which
represents 15.99% of the issued share capital of 20,243,071.
