                    Deltron Electronics plc ("the Company")
                     Dealings by Substantial Shareholders
                            
The Company was notified by Eaglet Investment Trust plc on 28 September 1999
that they had acquired 984,275 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") and on 29 September 1999 that they had acquired a further
235,000 Ordinary Shares.

Following these acquisitions, Eaglet Investment Trust plc now has an interest in
2,846,343 Ordinary Shares, which represents 14.06 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. The holding is registered in the name of
Lloyds Bank (Stock Exchange Branch) Nominees Ltd. Account Designate EAGLET.
