Custodian Gets GBP50 Million Loan

LONDON--Custodian REIT PLC (CREI.LN) said Friday it will 50
million pounds ($62.8 million) in a loan from Aviva PLC (AV.LN) in
two tranches.
The company's debt facilities have a weighted average term of
10.1 years and a weighted average cost of 3.1% a year.
