Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 14 November 2012 it received notification that, following the purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 November 2012, Stuart Hawthorne now has an interest in 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.805% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
