PDMR Shareholdings - Grant of Awards
under the Cenkos Securities plc Long Term Incentive Plan
On 6 April 2022 Cenkos Securities plc made awards under the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). Under the LTIP award
for 2022, a total of 1,560,000 nil cost options over Ordinary
Shares in the Company ("Awards") have been awarded, of which
1,040,000 have been granted to a number of persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") within the Company.
Each Award (which is subject to malus and clawback provisions)
is separated into three equal tranches that will (subject to the
achievement of the applicable performance condition) vest on the
third, fourth and fifth anniversaries of grant, respectively. The
vesting of the Awards is conditional on meeting a total shareholder
return ("TSR") growth measurement over a three, four and five year
period as detailed below:
