    CLOSE EUROPEAN ACCELERATED FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
    RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    In accordance with the provisions of D.2.2 of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, the Company advises that for the Annual General
Meeting held on 22 October 2008 valid proxy appointments were made in respect of 12,334,186 voting shares and voting was as follows:

    IT WAS RESOLVED to receive the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2008. [12,334,186 votes cast, all in favour].

    IT WAS RESOLVED to reappoint Saffery Champness Chartered Accountants as Auditor to the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of
this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.
[12,334,186 votes cast, all in favour].

    IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr Talmai Morgan as a director. [11,642,560 votes cast in favour and 691,626 votes cast against].

    IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr John Le Prevost as a director.  [11,642,560 votes cast in favour and 691,626 votes cast against].
