HOUSTON, Texas (March 29, 2008) - Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza") (TSX: CAZ / AIM:
CAZA) yesterday filed its Annual Information Form for the year ended December
31, 2007, which includes the disclosure and reports relating to reserves data
and other oil and gas information required pursuant to National Instrument
51-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators.

In accordance with AIM Rules - Guidance Note for Mining, Oil and Gas Companies,

constituting a resource or drilling update has been reviewed and approved by
Anthony B. Sam, Vice President Operations of Caza who is a Petroleum Engineer
and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

The evaluation of the reserves data included in the Annual Information Form was
carried out in accordance with standards set out in the Canadian Oil and Gas
Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by the Society of Petroleum Evaluation
Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy &
Petroleum (Petroleum Society).
