In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company was notified today by
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on behalf of Goldman, Sachs & Co., that following
an acquisition of shares on 15 October 2007 it holds 4,073,367 ordinary shares
of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 4.2 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital. These Ordinary Shares will be registered in
the name of Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees), Limited.
