                                Board Changes


Channel Health PLC today announces that Douglas Yates has stepped down as
Chairman but remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.  Richard
Murray, Non-Executive Director, has taken over as Chairman until a suitable
replacement for the position of Chairman is found.
