Completion of the sale of Duncan Lawrie Asset Management Limited

Further to the announcements on 19 December 2016 and 21 April 2017, Camellia is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of Duncan Lawrie Asset Management Limited to Brewin Dolphin Limited, a subsidiary of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC, for a cash consideration of GBP28.0 million, subject to a customary working capital adjustment.
