Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the Meeting) adopted the 2016 financial statements today. All other voting items were also adopted.

Dividend

The Meeting approved the proposed dividend of EUR 1.00 per share to be distributed in ordinary shares, unless the shareholder opts to receive a cash dividend. The option period will commence on 16 May 2017 and end on 29 May 2017. The dividend will be payable as from 6 June 2017.
