Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by ATH Resources plc on the
8 December 2004, the Company is pleased to announce that its shares go
ex-dividend on the 22 December 2004 and that the dividend is payable on 14
January 2005 to Shareholders on the Register on the 24 December 2004.
