Following the Company's Result of Placing of Ordinary Shares
announcement, dated 12 June 2020, and the Admission of the Placing
Shares and Retail Offer Shares, which occurred at 8:00am on 16 June

subscribed for shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), as detailed below:
