Formal opening of Premier Inn Sharjah

Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, is pleased to announce that its first hotel in partnership with Premier Inn is now officially open.

Premier Inn Sharjah, a 168-room freehold hotel located in the centre of Sharjah, opened on 12 August 2015 and has welcomed its first paying guests with early business enquiries encouraging. Following a delay in its opening due to the resolution of power and snagging issues the hotel is now fully operational.

Action Hotels' track record of early operational profitability sees most hotels breaking even within their first 3 months of operations. Management expect Premier Inn Sharjah to follow this trend, with the Premier Inn brand expected to drive occupancy from the day of opening.
