The board of directors (the "Board") of Asian Citrus Holdings Limited announces that the Company's Bermuda share registrar Butterfield Fulcrum Group (Bermuda) Limited has changed its address to 26 Burnaby Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda with effect from 1 November 2012.

The Company's branch share registrars in Hong Kong and Jersey are still maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited of 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong and Computershare Investor Services (Jersey) Limited of Queensway House, Hilgrove Street, St Helier, Jersay JE1 1ES respectively.
