    ("Asian Citrus" or "the Company")

    Issue of Ordinary Shares pursuant to Scrip Dividend
    
 
    Asian Citrus announces the issue of 2,699,022 new ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to
shareholder participation in the Scrip Dividend announced on 
14 October 2008.

    Application will be made today to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 31 December 2008.
