The Board of Albany announces that Manjit Wolstenholme has been appointed to the 
Board as a Non-Executive Director from 1st September 2010. 
 
Manjit is a non-executive director of Provident Financial plc, the specialist 
lender, and Chairman of the Audit Committee.  She is also a non-executive 
director of Capital & Regional plc, a property company specialising in retail 
and leisure, and Chairman of the Audit Committee.  Manjit holds the position of 
a non-executive Governor of MAHSC (Manchester Academic Health and Science 
Centre) which is a collaboration between the University of Manchester and six of 
the leading hospitals in the area. 
 
Between 2004-2006 Manjit was a partner in an M&A boutique, Gleacher Shacklock 
LLP, where she had a particular focus on Financial Institutions and Media. 
 
Between 1990-2003 Manjit was at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where she joined 
the Corporate Finance Department after qualifying as an Accountant. 
 
Between 1985-1990 Manjit was at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) 
where she worked in the audit division during qualification and worked on a 
number of special work assignments in the Corporate Finance division post 
qualification. 
 
There are no further details that are required to be disclosed in respect of 
Manjit Wolstenholme's appointment under LR 9.6 of the Listing Rules of the UK 
Listing Authority.
