Grant of Options

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products, announces that it has awarded 6,437,081 new options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Options") to directors and employees as follows:

Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, Ralph Welborn, CEO and Shawn Taylor, CFO, have been granted 50,000, 2,200,000 and 984,167 Options respectively. The Options for Mr Cooper and Mr Taylor will be a combination of options issued under the EMI scheme as well as unapproved options. Those for Mr Welborn are issued under the Imaginatik 2006 Stock Option Plan. Simon Charles, Non-Executive Director, has been granted 93,750 Options issued under the EMI scheme.

In addition, eligible employees of the Company have been granted 3,119,997 Options under the EMI scheme as well as the Imaginatik 2006 Stock Option Plan.

All of the Options referred to above have an exercise price of 3.75 pence per share, being the average of the closing mid-price of an Ordinary Share for the three days ended 19 December 2014. 50 per cent. of the Options referred to above will vest after 2 years with the remaining 50 per cent. vesting after 3 years. There are no performance criteria attached to the above Options.
