Further issue of 4.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2045 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the GBP150,000,000 4.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2045)

Cambridgeshire Housing Capital plc has today executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of an additional GBP60 million in principal amount of its 4.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2045 (the "New Bonds"). The issue of New Bonds has been priced at 125.508 per cent.. It is expected that the proceeds of the New Bonds, including an amount representing accrued interest, will be received on 10 September 2021. The New Bonds will initially be issued, together with a further amount of GBP40,000,000 its 4.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2045 (the "Further Retained Bonds"), as retained bonds which will be immediately repurchased and held for sale (in the case of the New Bonds) under the Forward Purchase Agreement and (in the case of the Further Retained Bonds) to one or more third parties.
