Publication of Final Terms 
Nomura Bank International plc (the "Issuer") announces that it is offering two 
separate series (each a "Series") of securities, each of [up to EUR 30,000,000] 
Certificates linked to Eurostoxx 50 Index due 2012 pursuant to its Note, 
Certificate and Warrant Programme dated 27 August 2010. The final terms (the 
"Final Terms") in respect of each such Series of securities are available for 
viewing. 
The Final Terms will be made available to investors free of charge upon request 
during normal business hours from Monday to Friday each week (public holidays 
excepted) from and including 16 September 2010 (the date of the commencement of 
the offer period in respect of each Series of securities) at the registered 
offices of: 
(a)       Nomura Bank International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St. 
Martin's-le-Grand, London, EC1A 4NP; and 
(b)       Nomura International plc, being at Nomura House, 1 St. 
Martin's-le-Grand, London, EC1A 4NP. 
Copies of the Final Terms will also be made available on the Issuer's 
website, http://www.nomuranow.com/structuredinvestments/home/?site=it  . A copy 
of the Final Terms in respect of each Series of securities has been submitted to 
the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
