Hi, I'm fairly new to the stock market and have the same question. Just wondering when and how the shares of vpco will be issued. I have a scottrade account and now my shares of vapo are just listed as a market value, as there is no more information for vapo. Do i need to call vaporin's equity stock transfer agent or something to get the shares of vapo transferred to shares of vpco? Looking forward to a reply! Thanks!

Does anyone have up to date details on the agreement to sell mj vapes to trtc? I believe it was suppose to stay last quarter but I haven't seen anything.

.. interested to see what 4q quarter results look like with a full quarter of Vape Store sales and hopefully some increased sales from TRTC partnership. Need to see some really strong sales growth here or we're going to be stumbling along for the foreseeable future.

If the merger does in fact go through, that should give some upside in the short term, but need some real solid numbers to maintain any appreciation.

Your math is a little off there. If looking at expected value of combined mergerco, you'd add the two market caps (21+7=28m). VAPO's percentage of that combined market cap (7/28 = 25%). Where VAPO's share should be 45% of combined value (assuming merger goes through as planned) and therefore is significantly more attractive as compared to VPCO at these levels.

Looks to me like VAPO market cap is about half of VPCO. 20M VPCO vs 7M VAPO. Still some room to move up for VAPO and down for VPCO though.

So the merger with VPCO is going through under the previously disclosed terms, whereby VAPO shareholders will receive 45% of the surviving company. How then is the market cap of VAPO only priced at 20% of the mergerco.. gotta love the inefficiencies of the micro-cap markets.

bearish VPCO and bullish VAPO positions seem to be the play here as prices have to align
