I feel bad for all the people who think that UNVC can list with the Dream Exchange, or any other exchange for that matter. Joe of the DE stated they only want good companies with good products and services. Audited financials, showing good income in their filings, plus they have to have a great team running the company.

1) UNVC has none of the above, Lamont, Lauren sure aren't able to run UNVC, the Michael Knight Jr. was just a name only added as an independent director, he doesn't have a state license to even practice mental health counseling.

2) Dalton (77 this July) has health issues lately, had to even move to Ga. to be where his daughter/grandson could help look after him, Cognitive decline, refers to a gradual deterioration in cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention, reasoning, and judgment. It is a common part of normal aging but can also be a symptom of underlying medical conditions.

Alcohol hasn't been helpful at all; he loved posting pictures with one in his hand, plus past post was always in the middle of the night, wee hours of the morning and 99999% never had substance, if he stated something was going to happen, it never materialized.

UNVC is the biggest Scam in the OTC Markets.

It's always the same old fluff, and never anything of consequence - zero proof of life.

Add in all the shady characters, the questionable backgrounds, the repeated lies, the flip-flopping of business direction, and the absolute lack of business or income since Dalton took over - and it's pretty obvious it's simply yet another OTC stinky just kicking a can down the road.

Dalton hasn't had any credibility since he left RiteAid.

If insiders were buying it would be a good sign, but I don't think they are, as 4C said he was guessing but it totally makes common sense, we went down to 0.0014, Dalton can buy and sell any shares he wants to without having to file anything period. This is a fact.

If anyone else on the inside was buying it would have to be filed, but look at the filings they are so full of BS and he gets away with it.

His latest posts never upped the PPS no one believes anything he says. He's a great liar, history verifies that.

After it was posted Chris resigned, (don't recall who posted it now).

Chris also told someone, he had never been paid a dime nor did he own any shares, now would a man who knew all going on inside UNVC have resigned if Dallton had anything at all. Don't think so, he would still be here waiting for some type of payment.

I'd also guess he's selling into the increase in volume - he knows this is cooked and it's only a matter of time before the window of opportunity passes.

Is this like Chris Farnworth, who resigned because he got a copy of the lawsuit of fraud Dalton committed, where he was going to merge UNVC with Wellness RX Inc. then Wellness would be the enitiy that was the new company.

I would also venture to guess if he is buying shares now then he knows it is at a big discount now. He isn't gojng to throw his money away. We wouldn't either. 

It's a good sign when insiders are buying. Insiders know where the company is heading.

Blickstein was listed as one of UNVC's 'debtors' for years too - then he was suddenly dropped from filings and the alleged debt disappeared.
