NX Capital Co. Announces Obtaining OTC Pink Current Status

BATON ROUGE, LA--(Marketwired - Feb 25, 2014) - NX Capital Co. (OTC Pink: NXCP) announced today that the Company has achieved OTC Pink Current reporting status as of this morning. The company filed the requested financial information and the OTC changed the reporting status today.

John Conroy, CEO for NX Capital said, "This is a significant accomplishment for the Company. This is the first step to becoming fully reporting with the SEC and is one of the triggers for securing the funding needed to move forward."
