Real American Brands, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: RLAB), announced plans today to open a new division devoted to the acquisition, operation and/or leasing of plant nursery lands. The new division will be named Real American Lands, Inc.

CEO Doug Newton stated "We are excited about pursuing new business opportunities which serve RLAB's production and profit needs in areas which are as American and down-home as baseball and apple pie, and one of the most basic of those fields is the land we live and work on.

"At the same time, we plan to take advantage of the availability of excellent buy opportunities and/or land leasing values" Newton said "now that the market has softened to unprecedented levels. New properties include nursery acreage in Florida and Southern California on which to grow and harvest key ingredients for several new products we hope to develop in the coming year.

"These include Aloe Vera, Jade and other natural ingredients for our "Lasso" and "Lariat" fragrance brands. A companion item, "Riata"(the Spanish word for lasso) will also be developed for the Hispanic market. All are slated for domestic production in an eco-friendly environment, consistent with the company's green philosophy, and will make use of the federally registered trademark "Born & Bred in the USA".

"We believe positive cash flows can be created by leasing and/or owning our own Nursery facilities, where margins for specific horticulture ingredients can be in the 50% range and up. At the same time, we are making an old-fashioned business investment in dirt -- they aren't making any more of it -- as we bring more real American brands to market."
