Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	The number of shares of common stock owned by Mr. Hampson as reported on the Form 5 filed on February 8, 2010 inadvertently included vested options to purchase 750,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase 195,000 shares of common stock. This error was discovered on May 25, 2010.
